Three years and still waiting? You're not the only dealer chasing a grading submission
Submitward is a product in development for Independent Collectible Card and Memorabilia Dealers.
The problem
Independent Collectible Card and Memorabilia Dealers
For Australian trading card and memorabilia dealers who have no choice but to submit through a local middleman, now that direct PSA submissions from Australia are suspended.
- Direct PSA submissions from Australia are suspended, so every dealer here goes through one of a handful of local middlemen.
- Standard turnaround is already 5–6 months door to door — and one dealer reports tickets still not returned three years after submission.
- When a submission runs late, dealers describe getting generic, copy-paste responses with no order-specific correspondence to show what's actually happening.
In their own words
Real quotes from the people who have this problem
I submitted tickets for grading via [Supplier] in March 2023...I havnt had them back after quite literally now 3 years of chasing!
The evidence
Researched before anything is built
How it scores
Where the evidence came from
Based on 3 direct quotes from 2 independent public sites, each recorded with its source. Scores are 1–5, rated from that evidence.
The product
Submitward
Submitward tracks every submission a dealer sends to a local middleman, compares it against that middleman's real average turnaround — built from other dealers' tracked submissions, not their own marketing claim — and flags anything running late with a ready-to-send escalation email.
- 01
Log each submission once — which middleman, how many cards, the date you sent them.
- 02
Submitward compares it against that middleman's real average turnaround, built from every dealer tracking submissions to them.
- 03
If a submission runs late against that baseline, you get a dated escalation email ready to send, citing the pattern.
Competition
What they use today, and where it falls short
